The website describes Simplicode, our services and our past work. We may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time.
Our services
Sending the contact form or an email does not create a contract. Every project is governed by a separate written agreement that sets the scope, price, timeline, ownership of the delivered code and the warranty for that project. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
Projects shown on this website
The projects on this website are products that Simplicode builds and runs. Each product has its own terms on its own website. Figures shown here describe those products and are not a promise of the same results for your project.
Intellectual property
The text, design, illustrations, the name Simplicode and the “/.” logo belong to Simplicode. You may link to the website and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy the website or present its content as your own. Logos of other technologies shown on the website belong to their owners and are used only to identify those technologies.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website or the contact form to:
- send spam, advertising or automated submissions,
- attack, overload or probe the website or its infrastructure, or try to bypass its spam protection,
- send content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes someone else’s rights.
Links to other websites
The website links to other websites, such as GitHub. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranty
The website and its content are provided “as is”, for general information. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors.
